When you use AnalytiX or interact with Tash Digital, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, telephone number and business details.

AnalytiX may also process publicly available business information returned from sources such as Google Business Profile in order to generate a Discoverability Intelligence Report.

• generate requested reports and assessments;
• respond to enquiries and provide support;
• communicate important service information;
• improve our services and user experience;
• detect, investigate and resolve technical or security issues; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Public Business Information

AnalytiX uses publicly available business information for discoverability analysis. The resulting scores and recommendations are Tash Digital diagnostic outputs and are not official Google rankings or endorsements.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our services, subject to appropriate safeguards, or where disclosure is required by law.

5. Data Retention
